SSI Instructor Crossover

Already a scuba diving instructor with another agency such as PADI, NAUI, RAID, CMAS or others? The SSI crossover will allow you to complete a 2 day course to crossover to an SSI scuba instructor. â€‹

The crossover will include 1 & 1/2 days of classroom work, 1/2 a day of pool training & 1 SSI course assist to see how SSI courses are taught in real life.

Prerequisites

In order to take this course you will need to be -

  • Aged 18 and over

  • Ability to swim 200m un-aided & tread water for 10 minutes

  • Good physical health (Those with known medical conditions may need written approval from a dive medic)

  • Certified as an active Instructor from a recognised training agency

  • Valid first aid and o2 provider certification
