OPEN WATER COURSE TO DIVEMASTER. I first came to Phoenix 2 years ago and did my open water course and advanced course on Koh Tao. I immediately loved diving but left Koh Tao and Phoenix behind to carry on with my trip and eventually go home. But Phoenix, Koh Tao, and diving had left an impression on me so earlier this year I packed my bags and came back.

I did my Rescue Diving Course with Rory, who is an amazing instructor that you can tell really cares about what he is teaching. After that I started my Divemaster, with Claus as my mentor and Rory teaching me more about the Science behind it all. During my Divemaster I assisted all of the 8 full time instructors and shadowed the 3 (at the time) divemasters. Everyone at Phoenix is very welcoming and really helped me to get better and discover my love of diving.

I thoroughly recommend diving here. Its great.

NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE. Spent 2 weeks on koh Tao and hardly left the walls of Phoenix divers. Not only are the instructors and staff extremely professional, making you feel completely comfortable and safe at all times, but they go the extra mile to ensure you have the best diving experience possible. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed into the Phoenix family and after a day of incredible diving you are even invited to join them for a beer at sunset.

If you want a personal and memorable diving experience then this is the only place to go! 2 weeks here wasn’t long enough and we can’t wait to return already! Special thanks to our instructors Alex and F (and G)! After doing our open water course, advanced course and rescue course with Phoenix we will definitely be coming back to continue further! See you soon guys, love Katie and Maeve x

GREAT DIVING SCHOOL GREAT EXPERIENCE. Me and my friend spent a couple of weeks diving with Phoenix divers getting our Open Water course, Advanced Adventurer and Stress&Rescue courses and fun diving trips as well.

Our course instructor Rory was an excellent teacher, professional yet friendly and fun and great at explaining things clearly and engagingly both in land and under water. Everyone else at Phoenix were lovely and helpful too, there’s a nice relaxed atmosphere there, group sizes are kept small and I would certainly recommend their services. Already looking forward to coming back for my Divemaster (and to see some more turtles)!
